Varietal: 60% Petit Verdot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour is a deeply intense ruby red. On the nose it is powerful and balanced. On the palate it has red fruits and spices. The finish is long and silky.

Red meats, grilled meats, roasts, cheeses.

18 months in French oak barrels (Allier and Troncais). 20% first passage and 80% second passage.
